My Weightloss Idea

So, the idea seemed pretty simple - I would like to get my body fat down to athlete levels: 12% or so from my current 17+%. I am also training and counseling a friend on improving his fitness level in addition to getting his weight and blood pressure under control without the use of medications - a noble goal given the problems with toxicity and the side effects of long-term use. Couple that with a spouse and a friend interested in shedding some fat, frustrated with their lack of results despite a vigorous workout schedule. I needed to find a diet program that would help us each reach our individual goals while still allowing us to act as a support group for one another.
